Robert Gaston: Writer/Director/Producer
Robert got his start in the entertainment industry working in television production. He feels privileged to have been mentored by some of the best producers in the business. After nine years in LA, he spent all of 2004 traveling a few of the far corners of the world and was thrilled to rest his backpack in DC to direct "OpenCam". Among his other projects are the films "Will You..." (2006) and "2 Minutes Later" (2007). Robert currently resides in his hometown of Philadelphia.

Farrel Lever: Producer/Creator of the virtual world of OpenCam
South African transplant and DC local for 5 years, Farrel brought with him an
extensive background in computer technology, unyielding patience, unbelievable
organizational skills and an insatiable passion for filmmaking. This is the
first feature he has produced.

Jerry Walterick: Co-Producer/Sound Designer
Musician and filmmaker from Philadelphia. Jerry has worked on a variety of film
projects including several feature-length independents and a documentary. A
rock-star wannabe, he found his niche in location sound and has made the
transition into post-production and editing. When not working in film he enjoys
running pawn shop keyboards through distorted amps and recording them with his
band Refraction Theory.

Doug Gritzmacher: Director of Photography
Doug is an up and coming director of photography in Washington, DC. His credits
include both narratives and documentaries, from short films to National
Geographic and ESPN. A native of Seattle, Doug is currently at work producing
and shooting a short documentary film about a group of international
transplants who play dominoes together.

Tom Beach: Lighting Designer
Tom is a former writer and video producer, now working as a freelance grip,
gaffer and lighting director in and around Washington. He's been working in the
production industry for 15 years (interrupted by several tortured years in
high-tech, plus work at a private high school where he taught digital media
courses). When not lighting or herding cats, he rehabs houses and continues
wrestling with his feature film script.

Christopher McKenzie: Production Manager/Picture Edit Technical Support
Christopher worked in journalism for six years after indecisively studying
physics, English, French and medieval studies at Rice University. He recently
finished getting an MFA in Film and Electronic Media at American University. He
also works as a freelance videographer and graphic designer and teaches film
and video classes at American University and Anne Arundel Community College. He
has DP'd two feature-length projects, including Cherry Red Productions'
"Trapped by the Mormons."

Wesley Anthony Della Volla: Associate Producer/Associate Picture Editor
A DC Native born in Southeast. Wesley grew up in Charles County MD, where he was
first exposed to film and editing thanks to Christie Marks at Westlake High
School. After a brief stint at Tulane University to study architecture, he
released he wanted to make a career out of his love for film. After taking a
year off from school, he transferred to American University. He will graduate
this May with a bachelor's degree in Visual Media.

Beth Underkoffler: Associate Producer/Assistant Director
Born and raised in the NYC tri-state area, Beth grew up with a solid background
in the arts, particularly in music performance with a focus on voice. She works
as both an actor and filmmaker in the Washington, D.C. area. You can visit her

been thrilled to be a part of it! When not at 1756 Euclid working on Open Cam,
Beth lives in Alexandria, VA, with her husband Chad and their two black cats.
Hobbies include cross-stitch, knitting, reading murder mysteries, and watching
films.

Tass Mimikos: Gaffer/Portrait Photographer
Tass has been obsessed with photography since he discovered his mother's old
Brownie Box camera when he was 11. Tass's passion has been refined by a degree
in photography with a minor in art and design. His professional photographic
work includes shooting models to shooting interiors for the Architectural and
Interior Design community in the DC metro area.

Anna Richey: Artist of Manny's original portrait series
Anna Richey has a BFA in Printmaking from the University of the Arts and an MFA
in Printmaking from University of Wisconsin-Madison.After enjoying the NYC art
scene for 5 years she relocated to the Washington DC area.
